House Sold!!!

I can't believe I didn't post this before, but we've been super-busy coming to KC and doing VBS. Ok, so after I posted about my parents first day of having their house on the market, there was more news! They ended up accepting a bid on the house 10 hours after it went on the market! And it sold above asking price! We're all in shock that it happened so quickly and for more than asked. It was amazing and wonderful! Yeah yeah yeah!!! How wonderful to not have to deal with having it shown any more and to have it go so well. Tomorrow is the inspection and after that we'll have the deal finalized. So tomorrow we know for sure. Mom and I are both less stressed, even with VBS going on, because the selling was very overwhelming. So tomorrow hopefully it'll be all done and we can celebrate for sure! The closing date is Aug 31, so they'll move at the end of the summer. It'll be so great to have them in Indy!
