Parental House Update

First on the new house situation: This afternoon Drew and I went to do the walk-thru for my parents on their new house. This is supposed to be to check that all the changes they asked for were done before the drywall starts going up. Of course, none of the changes were actually made, despite the fact that we've discussed them a LOT with them. And none of the problems that the builders did in the building that weren't according it the plans and need to be fixed were fixed either. The only thing that was changed was the stereo wiring people had been there and that was in. So the walk-thru was fast because there wasn't much to see and didn't accomplish much in my mind, but it's done.
Now, onto the current house situation: The house just went on the market today and there's been a bunch of interest in it already! It's very exciting. :) Everything in the neighborhood sells very quickly, which is wonderful. Now they just need to figure out what they're doing about the actual moving since it could be soon!
