Workin' Those Abs

Ryder is obsessed with the exercise ball! He often goes to get Drew or I our exercise balls and brings them to us, which is quite funny since Drew's ball is as big as he is. He'll announce, "Daddy needs his big ball. Go get Daddy his big ball!" and run off to get it. What makes it even funnier is that, whenever Drew or I get our exercise balls out, Ryder always gets out his "exercise ball" to work out too. Luckily his large bouncy balls are a perfect size for him to sit on. His favorite exercise moves are sitting on the ball to bounce up and down and balancing his feet on the ball while sitting on the ground. Keep on workin' those abs, buddy!
