Thanksgiving Fun

OK, so I only took film pics yesterday--oops. But we had a lovely day with all our company. I love having family all around. And so does Ryder because he has been all over our company since they got here! It's been all, "Heather, please read me my Thomas book," "Aunt Niki will change my diapers," "Let's play puzzles, Uncle Justin," and "I want to sit by Great Grandma." He makes the rounds of who he wants to love on right then, one after another after another. He's just so excited! I think it's good that there's so much company at one time so that the attention gets spread out and it's not too overwhelming for anyone. Yesterday, we had a wonderful traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We figure we only eat it twice a year (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and we all like it, so why not make the traditional--well, minus potatoes since we stay away from bad starches, though we do still have stuffing and rolls because we just like them too much! Ryder told me his favorite parts of dinner were corn, peas, stuffing and rolls. We spent the rest of the day relaxing at home, playing with Ryder, taking a walk in the neighborhood, scanning the ads for Friday shopping. Overall, a very nice and relaxing day.
