OK, so obviously the Christmas cookies were supposed to be finished BEFORE Christmas day. However, with Carter coming and all the other Christmas craziness, it just didn't get done earlier. The good thing about that though was that then we got to make them with my cousin Erin when she came from Christmas day. And they were still just as tasty being done later!
