Green pants

The other day, Drew was getting Ryder dressed. Ryder picked out a forest green shirt and then Drew was trying to pick out pants to go with it. Drew suggested a few pairs, but Ryder wasn't happy with any of them. He kept saying, "I want to wear my geen pants!" So Drew kept holding up jeans, asking if these were the right ones. Ryder kept saying no and eventually said, "Pick me up so I can see in the drawer, Daddy." Once he could see, Ryder picked out an army GREEN pair of pants (I can understand Drew's confusion), which I might say looked lovely with his forest green shirt. Drew and Ryder came to show me the wonderful outfit he had picked out and Drew relayed the story of the pants confusion. When he got to the part where Ryder finally picked out the pants, Ryder exclaimed, "I always knowed I wanted to wear my geen pants! I just love them SO much!"
