Going Green

St Patrick's style, that is! We had a blast with our little St Patrick's Day green dinner. Ryder and I planned an all-green menu. We had chicken, broccoli and pinenuts in pesto sauce with spinach linguine, accompanied by all green salads with cucumbers and avocado, peas, parsley garlic bread, and green punch. We finished the meal with green rice crispie treats and lime sherbet. Ryder though it was fantastic! But his favorite part of the day was the green milk that I made him. He wanted glass after glass. Who knew it was so easy to get him to drink milk?
