A good kick in my butt
OK, so with no exercise and minimal diet watching, I've been able to keep my weight at 115 with a 2 pound cushion up and down as I eat better or worse. But I haven't been able to continue to lose weight that way. Yah, I know. It's not like I expected to, especially with as much trouble as I had losing down to 115 in the first place. (That baby weight was tough this time!) So I've decided to give myself a good kick in my butt and get working out and watching my diet better. I'm resolved to get down to 110 where I was before I got pregnant with my miscarriage. That was the goal all along, but after hauling my butt from 132 to 115 this fall (which was my goal of pre-Carter weight, which I met YEAH!! I know you all heard it before, but I'm proud of it , so I'm just telling you again!), I was too tired of it to get the miscarriage weight off over the holidays. Well, after staying solid at 115 for months now, I'm ready to get my butt back in gear and get the remaining weight off. So today it was back on the treadmill. Here's to losing the weight!
