Lately, we've been doing yoga together as a family at night. Drew and I both like yoga and we got Ryder a kids DVD for Christmas. We're so into it that we ordered another few yoga kids DVDs so that we have more to pick from. Bring on the relaxation!

Is that Yoga kids from Gaiam with Marsha Wenig? We have those, too, but James has yet to do any with me. I like to watch it because it's shot at the beaches I used to go to growing up in NW Indiana. Love the dunes!
