Skylar sucking her index finger. She still sucks her thumb sometimes, but she has started most often sucking the index finger of her left hand. What I find interesting is that she always rotates her wrist so that her palm is up when she sucks on her finger. It looks quite uncomfortable, but she seems to like it.
