Last trip home

We had a wonderful time in KC this last weekend. This was our last trip to KC before my parents move, which was super busy since we were only there from late Friday night to Sunday at noon and the main purpose for the weekend was seeing our family friends from Minnesota who we get to see a couple times a year. We had a great time taking the kids to see a clown show, exploring the children's exhibit at Crown Center, going to see Talladega Nights, going to a baseball game (where our friends got to watch the Twins crush the Royals), saying goodbye to everyone at church, loading the car to bring home a load of stuff from Mom and Dad's for their move, etc. Busy, busy weekend. But lots of fun. Just too bad it wasn't long enough to see everyone and do everything one last time.
