Pregnancy Update

Well, I just hit the halfway point in the pregnancy--yeah! It's been strange because with Ryder's pregnancy we were so focused on the pregnancy and the baby. This time, we're so focused on Ryder and have been so busy that the pregnancy has kind of taken a back burner. I think the other reason is that after the miscarriage, we didn't want to get too excited too early and it was hard since combined I was in my first trimester from Jan till the end of June. Now that things are moving along and more is starting to happen, I think that we'll be focusing more and more on the little baby that's coming. The baby is certainly trying to make it's presence known recently too! I've been feeling the baby move since July 8 and it's been very squirmy lately. When we went in last week, our midwife even commented on how much the baby was kicking while she was trying to listen to the heartbeat. Luckily, I've had a really easy pregnancy thus for just like I did with Ryder. So the belly is getting bigger and I'm feeling the wiggles, but that's about it so far. We're thinking about names, but nothing picked yet. (We're not finding out what we're having--we didn't with Ryder either--so we've got a few to choose!) Now that we're getting further along, I'll start posting about the baby a little more often.
