Naked Pool Time

This didn't start out as naked pool time. It started out as filling up the pools so that they could warm for a few hours before our friends came over for the kids to swim. Ryder was, of course, getting soaked with the hose, but that didn't turn out to be anything compared to what else he had in mind. While Drew was turned around playing fetch with the dog, Ryder decided to try out the slide-into-the-pool plan in his clothes. And shoes. When Drew heard him splash into the pool, he turned around to see a very wet, clothed child sitting quite happily in the pool. After he stripped Ryder's clothes off, Drew came into the house to tell me to get my camera and come out to see something really funny. And boy was it a riot! Watching Ryder's little bare tush climbing in and out of the pool made Drew and I laugh so hard, as did the sweet smiles on Ryder's face when he splashed into the pool each time. Naked pool time was a big hit with everyone--fun for Ryder and funny for Drew and me!
