Drew was upset with me for making him take pictures when he was mad about Duke, so this is the face he gave me. When I found out he wasn't smiling, he made the crazy face below. H was trying to be dumb, but it looks instead like he was having a REALLY good time. That's the picture that is going in the scrapbook. I'll remember it as I choose!
Saturday, we watched Duke in their final game of the season. It was sad. They just aren't that good. And we, unfortunately, have virtually the same team next year. Bummer. They will be older, so hopefully maybe better. We can always hope. On a side note, after the game, one of the waiters came up to us and was talking about Duke, saying, "Man, what was with them? They just didn't look good. That's too bad too. I had them picked to go to the Final Four." Now I know they were ranked high most the season and were a 2 seed, but get real. There's no way this was a Final Four team. No way. And I'm a tried and true, you can't root against them fan. But then there's reality. And that just wasn't going to happen.
